Return Policy

At Levo Sportswear, we strive to ensure our US customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds for our sportswear and custom gear.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Custom-Made & Personalized Items

Please note that many of our products are custom-manufactured (items with specific sublimation, embroidery, or private labels).

  • Non-Returnable: Because custom orders are made specifically to your branding/design, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.

  • Quality Guarantee: If there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

  • Review Period: We strongly encourage customers to double-check our sizing charts and design proofs before finalizing custom orders.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for a standard item or a defective product, please contact us at info@levosportswear.com.

  • Local Returns: Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address for our Los Angeles, CA warehouse.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged, or defective), Levo Sportswear will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For standard (non-custom) items, if you wish to return an item due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the domestic return shipping costs to our US warehouse.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

6. Refunds (Processed via PayPal)

Once we receive and inspect your return at our US facility, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded through PayPal on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for PayPal or your bank to process and post the refund.
