Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destination

We exclusively ship to the United States. Currently, we do not provide international shipping to other countries or regions. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our US Distribution Warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Handling times vary depending on the nature of your order:

  • Standard Items (In-stock): Processed within 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Custom Orders (Bespoke Manufacturing): For products requiring customization (sublimation, embroidery, private labeling, etc.), handling time includes specialized production followed by preparation at our US facility, totaling 7 – 12 Business Days.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

3. Transit Time & Total Delivery Time

By maintaining local inventory in our California warehouse, we ensure faster delivery to your doorstep.

  • Shipping Method: USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Depending on your US destination).

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time (Standard Items): 4 – 8 Business Days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time (Custom Orders): 10 – 17 Business Days.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer simplified shipping rates for all our US customers:

  • Orders of $300.00 and over: FREE Shipping.

  • Orders under $300.00: A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

All shipping payments are processed securely through PayPal.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our Los Angeles warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Because your order is shipped directly from our United States warehouse, US customers will not be subject to additional import duties or international customs fees upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is final.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@levosportswear.com.
